Agriturismo e Fattoria Tenuta San Felice
The farmhouse is in San Felice, a small suburb in the countryside that surrounds Giano dell'Umbria. We are in Umbria, in an estate near Perugia full of mulberries and olive groves. The farm activities concern livestock and production of cheeses and biologic extra virgin oil. We breed sheep and cattle with biological techniques, in fact our animals are free to pasture in the fields of the estate. During the periods of milling and dairy production you can personally participate at the farm activities to learn the methods for obtaining high quality oil, cheese and ricotta.
Swimming pool and Leisure
During the summer you can relax in a beautiful swimming pool, a stretch of water surrounded by the hills. The children can spend their time in the external areas of the farm, there is also a playground where they can amuse without dangers. The estate is at 450 meters above sea level, a verdant place ideal for excursions and naturalistic walks. On request we can organize guided visits in the Natural Parks of the region. Moreover, the farmhouse is one of the stages of the "Angels path".

The farmhouse is in Giano dell'Umbria, surrounded by hills and olive groves in the province of Perugia. A few minutes from the farm there is the Abbazia of San Felice, with the old church, the crypt and the characteristic town. We are in Umbria, near to the Martani Mountains. Giano is about 45 km from Perugia and it's close to other famous cities of the region as Montefalco, Spoleto, Bevagna, Marsciano, Trevi and Todi. Our territory is ideal for trekking lovers, in fact the Trasimeno Lake and the Monte Subasio natural park offer lots of opportunities for excursions and naturalistic walks.
